Our sheetbags are worn out. We have no problem with the design and would prefer not go have to put any new holes in the boat. Any idea where we can find the exact replacements?

Jay, the bags have changed some over time. The new ones I got now slide into a rail. I was able to drill holes in the rail that matched the original holes.
Talk to Don Corey for replacements.

Thanks Greg. I actually found a place in Medford that does this type of work. I will provide price info and a few pics if they come out good...

Came out great! $160 for new bags and lifeline covers.

I believe St Pete's one design in January is not happening this year according to clubs website. Will it be cold in Pensacola in February and what are winds like on average. I prefer Nood Regatta and we get a little better coverage at that Regatta but I know some do not like hassles of haul out. I will go where majority want to have it but I will only do one or the other not both.

Overall, they came out good. The grommet holes were a little bigger than the originals so I needed to come up with a nylon adapter washer jury rig (typical sailboat make it fit stuff). The materials and workmanship appear to be on par with the originals when the boat was new. I removed and then gave them my old ones to copy and would recommend doing the same thing.

Masthead sailing also makes U20 sheet bags. They make them to any size. I ordered a set of double pocket bags 11x36 inches overall in grey with grey mesh fronts and they should be a good replacement for my stock bags using the same bolt holes. $45 each. You can call them to place the specific order. If I were to order again, I might get them a bit taller say - 11.25 by 36.
